Do you think that, since it seems that everyone else got paid for their referrals, that I could get paid for mine too? It has been well over a month now, and I would really appreciate getting paid for this referral. I'm even willing to settle, as long as I at least break even. But this is getting ridiculous! I thought that the Monster was a long wait at 3 or 4 days....

You are seriously saying that you've had a green ref on one of their sites for over a month...pushed the Order button, ref didn't go on hold or anything else...and you're still waiting payment with no communication from the site in all this time whatsoever???????

There was communication several weeks ago, stating that they were not paying any referrals or promotions until their issues were resolved with the affiliate in question. Then I see that everyone else has been paid, including orders that were placed AFTER mine. So yeah, I was a little miffed. And several attempts at communications since that time have been ignored, until just today. I just received payment, after having to rant here on FLR... (sorry about that, but it was apparently effective...)

Issue resolved, thank you Free Treasure Chest. It's just a shame that it had to come to putting this out there in order to get my payment. Hopefully, in the future, this will not be an issue. I have turned down several trade attempts that wanted to trade for Free Treasure Chest because of this issue. I will now start allowing those trades to go through again, but only on approval, and have considered waiting on payment FIRST, before I pay my refs for your sites. But that seems unfair to my refs, so hopefully I will not have to worry about payment anymore. You have nice sites, and the new make-over is notable. However, all the bells and whistles in the world don't make up for bad customer service.

Hi Rocky!

First of all, you weren't paid because of this post. Let me explain exactly what happened.

You placed an order for this referral.

That DAY, I approved, paid, and completed the order.

I received a response from you explaining that your order status says completed however you did not receive payment.

This is where our paypal issues arised. Most users waited a week or more for their payment (once paypal issues were resolved)

Because your order was marked as completed beforehand, I had no idea you hadn't been paid, and until recently, still didn't know who it was that wasn't paid.

This is my fault for not keeping track, you slipped through the support tickets, without me noticing that you were the one with the first issue.

You sent me support tickets saying when are you getting paid etc, and I explained you would be paid asap, however, I did not realize you had no order, as it was completed beforehand, and didn't show up in our script.

Until recently, I hadn't noticed you had submitted an order on the day the issues started, and once you submitted your final support ticket, we finally realized you were the one that had not been paid for an order that was marked as paid.

Again, Sorry for this. Everyone should be paid and up to date. I hope this doesn't hurt our business relationship, but if it does, I understand.
