Just click on them and then select either Save As or Open.

I had somebody that couldn't get them either. As it turned out they didn't have excel on their computer. So it was decided that if the proper software isn't available on your computer then that would cause a problem. I may be worng about this, but it's a definate possibility.

If you would like me to send you a list of possible headers of which would be very useful in a form you could make yourself, I would be happy to make one for you. Just pm me and let me know. NO I'M NOT ASKING TO TRADE! Just offering some assistance.

Because on some of them (such as the Network of Sites), you will need to add multiple spreadsheets within the .xls file for every site you have. Like a .xls for Git-R-Free that has appleproducts, videogames, and cashrewards as tabs.
