Thank you for a very informative read. I didn't know how to get to the email header and your explanation and link was right on the money. I was able to get my header and put it in the support ticket form for a MCR. Felt like a pro.

Thanks for the great info! I have been waiting on credits myself and it can be very frustrating but this really gave me a new insight on things!

Wow! What a great post! This is very helpful, especially to new people! I have also been denied credit as the offer did not show MCR accepted. The offer was not a freebie or s/h only. It actually was a very expensive offer. That's what frustrated me, but I guess you live and learn. Like every one of the sites say in their TOS they do not guarantee that you will receive credit.

Thanks for the great post too. I have been waiting over 2 weeks to receive credit so I am pretty sure after reading this, I probably won't get it. It's good to know this information though.
