I'm a little confused. If a site does not accept a MCR, it generally means the site is for a trail offer and your only cost is the shipping (which does vary)?

So, if you order the trail and pay the shipping, AND you never receive credit, AND you cannot do a MCR - then you are just out of luck? You lose your shipping costs and you still have to cancel the trail offer in order not to be automatically billed each month?

This scenario has not happened and I hope it doesn't. But it does make me wonder about completing an offer that does not accept MCRs.

Thanks,
Nancy

Just curios about an offer I completed

I completed an offer for Identity Guard on Friday and still didn't get credit for it. I did every thing the same as I've done for the countless other offers that I did receive credit for. My question is, has any one out there done this same offer and if so did they receive the credit and how long did it take? I'm to the point that I am considering doing an other offer, because I did refer a person to the site after I had completed my required offers with hopes of greening before them and of course they greened before I did and I can't collect the prize because I still haven't received my final credit. I hate to waste an other offer on this site if there is still hope for getting my credit for Identity Guard completion, how ever I really want to collect my prize, being it will be my first one... Thanks for any input you may have.

The longer you are in this the closer you get to this happening. I have had two offers, out of thirteen that I have done, that have not credited. I do the same procedure ever time and have had 11 of them credit, so I know I'm doing things correct. It just seems the nature of the beast of doing this stuff. It is very aggravating to me, as I'm sure it is to others. We are doing our part and I agree, we should have the right to request a Manual credit. The reason it upsets me the most is there are but so many offers that I'm interested in and if I have to do additional offers to green a site that I have "done the required amount of offers for" that just makes it that much harder for me to green the next site I wish to. Because whether you get credit or not, once an offer is done, it can't be done again. I could go on and on about that one, but the bottom line is in my experience thus far, seems about 10% roughly of the offers I've completed get what they want, (IE $$$ from me) but don't give me what I NEED, CREDIT for completing the offer. Sorry for ranting, but I'm stuck in just such a situation right now, so it is fresh on my mind. I know it is in all of the fine print, but it is just wrong to take our hard earned money and give nothing in return. Thanks for reading. to the non crediting offers..

Here is the link to an awesome thread, it may help ease yourmind...it is a least of most all the offers and how long they "really" took to credit for other FLRians.

Hope this helps.

Seems a lot of people dont know how or when to do an MCR. I tell all traders that if you dont have an offer credit in two days or an email confirming to contact the sponsor offer. Determine if they
have your order. Most advertisers can tell you that about 24 hours after you placed your order.
This helps you to know because it happens that your order first of all did not go through. Save time.
If you find out your offer was not received, go ahead and do another offer. Many many, sit around and wait to find this out later and have wasted a lot of time. Next if the advertiser has your offer and you have an email confirmation, you need to file the mcr at one week with a support ticket on the IFW site.

If everyone followed this advice it would save both traders a lot of wasted days.

I always check with my traders at day two to make sure they are following these actions.

Do not get discouraged! You will still learn in this business you will need a lot of patience.
Offers do not always credit instant, even if it says instant it can take from instant to 7 days to credit.
Make sure you have your confirmation emails...that way you know the offer did go through and after 7 days you can file your credit request.Make sure you use full headers on your request!
Hang in there,it will only get better and believe me going green is the best feeling ever!!!
