Whelp...not sure where you are with this now, but hopefully, you've done the following:

1. Contacted a mod/s, letting them know the user's name, email address, about the red and if you should post in lunch theft (I believe you should but seek their permission first!!). I would imagine you are not alone in this. The user may already be banned, but if there are multiple email addresses and such, well....the networks like this info from their end and our mods have a pretty good relationship with most of the major networks:)

2. Captured a screen shot of the red. You will need this for a lunch theft post if approved and may also need it for paypal depending on how you wrote the dispute, fyi.

3. You've filed a paypal dispute, great. Now, did you also send a refund request? When you send this, make SURE you include the reason for their red....which if it's for fraud, do NOT be afraid to use that term. It's a keyword there...and gathers attention quickly. You would be surprised how often folks would prefer simple vs the dispute as that invoice doesnt' sit on their account record, but the dispute does.

4. Once you've all of this ground work, you ready yourself to move on:) Yes, winning a paypal dispute is not difficult, but it also does not guarantee you'll be refunded...folks move funds, clean out their accounts, etc...Lord knows they've got plenty of time to do that with paypal's process:) A huge pain in the patootie...yet things do happen...and that which doesn't kill us makes us stronger:)

yay. I was scammed by toojuicy45 too. Thanks for the advice.

I had the exact same thing happen with toojuicey. I did my part of a deal, then she got banned before she could do hers.

Am I reading correctly that I could possibly open up a dispute with PayPal in this case? I know she cashed out on the site that I greened for her.

YES, You can open up a paypal dispute, and send as much proof as you can that she already cashed out.

Have you tried emailing Paula (phjuicy) first?

Anyways, yes, paypal usually is pretty good if they have enough proof.

Hmm...as Mz Sharona says, sure we can open up paypal disputes but um...is it positive she won't still complete the other end of the trade???

Just because someone is banned doesn't mean the trade can't be completed, just no feedback...and sure saves a big headache over paypal disputes. Only a suggestion, but until you've emailed her and gotten in black and white they ain't gonna complete the trade as promised, I'd not get too ahead of the game...just thoughts:)

A good advice for all...when doing green 4 green please research the person you are working with - did they just recently join? do they have any posts or feedback? and so on - as new trader it is best to work with people who have some kind of feedback already...

As for paying someone to green - wait for the sites approval before paying out on new traders

Yeah toojuicy seemed legit and had a lot of post counts, when I asked her on another forum why she got banned it was because she had 'badmouthed FLR' is what she said. BTW she is on like a few other forums and goes by giveusfree....

lol....there ya go.....believe it or not, there ain't too many who get banned from here that AREN'T on other forums...I know, I've seen them, too:)

I have contacted toojuicey a couple times outside the forum and have basically been ignored. So I'm not expecting her to ever hold up her end of the deal.

So how do you prove to PayPal that you had a deal set up on FLR??

If you're talking about toojuicey45, than that person is still around...actually she's on another forum but I don't want to disclose it in here (I don't know if I'd get banned or not for doing that). But anywho, I was supposed to green for her on here, but she got the site to contact me about finishing up the green. She's still around and still responsive...just to let you all know that.
