Someone correct me if I am wrong but the only way you can win a Paypal dispute is if you actually paid her through Paypal. They will not take away her cashout from a site. The only thing you can do is to continue to try to contact her on the other forums.

Yes, Smokeylynn, you are correct.

You can only do a paypal dispute if you paid for something via paypal and didn't receive what you paid for. If you had a G4G trade and you greened but the other party didn't, that is not paypal's issue and there is nothing in paypal to dispute.

I think there are two topics going on in this thread so that should be cleared up. If you paid and they went red and you didn't get paid by the site, you can do a paypal dispute. If nothing ever passed thru paypal, then there is nothing to dispute.

But you know, you need to be applauded for your perseverance and continued attempts to contact this ex-user...but sadly, these are the kinda folks that give flr a bad name/bad rap and I'm sorry if that sounds harsh...yet it's true.

We live, we learn, and sometimes we just need to turn one bad experience into several positive ones, with the first positive already in place....little consolation perhaps, but YOU have just come one step up from that person and the others like her...so...YOU will end up the better trader - ethics and morals do count, even in freebie trading, and it will be your blessing as you move on:)

I also herd that if you see the trader on another site. you can contact them on there too. I know this cause when there was a lunch theft issue and the trader was not responding to it? they were also on another site trading. That trader that was greening went to the other site and contacted the site owner there to explain the situation.

I know I'm a little late on this. But I had a trade with toojuicey, she got banned before she greened for me after I greened for her. I found her on another forum she was responsive, at first. Agreed to do complete her end, but then never did. And has been ignoring me since (it's been over 2 months). I contacted the mod at the other forum and they never did anything.

Also, the e-mail I greened for toojuicey under works perfectly fine, so not sure why losing contact info could be used as an excuse. Also the fact I contacted her via pm on the other forum, as well as visitor messages over there, and set up the trade over there and that went unconfirmed, . . . . . .the whole lost contact info is a pretty pathetic excuse, sorry. I caught her in a lie as well. She said she had done an offer and when it didn't credit she put in for a MCR. When I contacted Trainn on the matter she had not only never putin an MCR but had not even clicked on links.

Ya, she scammed a stay at home mom of 2 out of money.

Update on my situation: I was contacted by toojuicey45 via e-mail. She said she wanted to rectify the situation. However, she only offered to pay $12 when she owes me $50! If she had completed my site according to the terms of the original deal, I would have received $50.

Here is our most recent exchange of e-mails. I last e-mailed her on Tuesday, July 21, which is 1 week ago today. She has yet to respond. I am planning to go on another site she is on and post on her site that she owes me $50.
