I have 2 trades where the person has gotten banned.

The first one I payed saniyah upfront to go green and she got banned
Second one I did ref 4 ref with toojuicey ...I went green first then she got banned

What happens in this case? Am I just out of luck on this or is there something I can do about it?

Please contact one or two of our mods...send the pm to a couple and one will get back with you. Am assuming saniyah is still green, if so, no harm there.

Email toojuicey in the meantime...see if they have anything to say. Good luck!!!

contact the site first that you went green on and see if your green has been cashed out on and if not, ask that it be put on hold. Contacting toojuicy can be done by email if you can't contact her through the FLR.

The second, you have her email on your site, if she signed up.... you can try to contact her by email to see what she plans to do about it.

Then contact a mod about both.

lol..that works, too:) But remember, if that one is still green and it was p4r, there is no issue as long as they are still green for you to cash out on.

yes! I agree... just because they are banned from FLR, doesn't mean they are red. Or that the trade as agreed upon cannot be completed...

Then most definitely try emailing her... you have her email on that site....

Ask her to fix it ... oh... yeah... submit a paypal dispute... they are real good about getting your money back... don't delay...

Sorry to hear this. I saw your G4G thread. Be careful in there, lots of scammers go there first. Try and trade with people who have a higher tr until you get your tr up as well. Good luck to you.

I have emailed her and got no reponse and I have also opened up a paypal dispute.

I am so sorry that she is not responding....

Paypal disputes take time, but most of the time they get your money back.

Don't forget to contact a mod and possibly open a lunch theft... even though they are banned, they could join back up with another user name. Having that lunch theft open, showing the emails that they used, would save someone in the future.
