ok I have a question, I have a referral that just signed up on my trainn site. Now I gave her the link in the message as well as in the TM. Now she is not showing up under me or even green for that matter.

I even clicked on the link I gave her in the message and it worked fine
Stated I was being referred by My id #

SO I explained to contact Trainn to see if she could be placed under me cause I really need her referral on there.
So what else can I do?

That is about all you can do. If she is signed in under another user's number, Trainn will NOT move her. If she is listed as Unreferred, they MIGHT, but they don't have to, per their TOS. They have been good about it most times, but if they aren't unreferred, you may be out of luck.

Sounds like you have checked thoroughly to make sure she used your link. My guess is that she had already been a member there (had that happen to me once). If she did sign up unreffered, I know trainn has transferred them to me w/o a problem. Good luck!

ya this is what Im thinking. I don't know how this could have happend since the link was the same link I gave her that I gave another person to green on today with no problem. I believe she might have already been signed up on this site. which is understandable but I put a support ticket in and so I will see wht the situation is. Nothing more I can do. I guess.

You might also have your referral put in a support ticket too, that way Trainn has both your requests. You know two is better then one~~LOL

Trainn sites do have that happen every great once in awhile-I try to make it a policy to have them register then I check before they do the offer. One ugly truth is if she/he has already done an offer TRAINN wont move it.

Dumb question but...are ya sure he/she even signed up past they may have said they did?

lol...guess that support ticket will provide the answer...and this is just why I am not good with giving out trainns unless the person is known or comes highly recommended! Good luck, C..hope it works out for ya!
