Hi, I have been on this site for a while, since the beginning of year. I got bombarded with some things so I didn't get to study this as thoroughly as I want. Recently this week, as I was looking on ebay for and ipod deal, I came across a YourFreeVideoiPods.com bid. I signed up and completed and offer to start getting referral before I realized this is exactly what FLR is for.

I am interested in a patient mentor and someone to green on my site in exchange for me greening on theirs. Is that how it works?. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

best would be to check out the paying for referrals section and find a mentor, there are many traders/mentors here to help you.

Oh, man...ain't hindsight wonderful? :) Do you realize how many sites out there offer ipods for payouts - a ton!! I'm not knocking trainns...have many myself and love them for various reasons, but if you take a lil time and look around flr, you'll run into folks that may seem helpful to you...and it's those folks you need to send a pm to, seeking that help:) THEN worry about trying to get referrals...you need to get a lil trader rating under your belt plus some funds in paypal...kinda hard to pay folks for them working for you if'n you ain't got the money to pay them for their work:) Just a lil food for thought...it's all good, if'n ya take your time and let it work for YOU!!

Oh wow, well thats new, I thought that ebay could not sell stuff like that lol... But any ways, First let me say Hi, its nice to see you hear and I know your really going to love it hear. Now with that said lets get you on the right track..
First you need a good mentor. A mentor is some one that leads you by the hand showing you exactly what to do and will always be right there no matter what.

Now in here you will see alot of traders. They are all great that I know of ehhehe
So look closely at there trade rating and there payouts how there feedback is and how they will conduct good personal skills with ya.

Now, when your ready you will simply click on there link in there thread or you can always click on there sig at the bottom...
That will take you to there personal message box were you can contact them to get started. After that you preaty much will have all you need by then from your mentor.

Hello! I bet you're glad that you realized what resources you have here at FLR.

I suggest you going to paying for referrals and find yourself a good mentor. Preferably someone you can relate to in some way, who is patient and will explain things in easy terms.

cool, so I can see that you have gotten a lot of great advice. and the best way to find a mentor is to go to the paying for referrals section.
but also there is another way. read around the forum and see what everyone is saying. get to know their personality and see if it matches with yours. then hook up with them and do some sites for them. that way you have more sites to offer your referrals.
another way that you can find some referrals to do your site is to post a thread in the trading referral for referral section. this way people that are looking to trade sites will come to you. as for your last question this is one of the way that it works.
you can always complete sites for others and get paid that way. its a good way to get a better understanding on how all of this works. And a bit of money in your paypal account so that you can pay people if it comes to that.

Thanks for all the great advice guys. I will definitely consider all of it. I didn't realize the sight I had was a trainn. It's I kind of wish I realized what it was before I greened for that person. your welcome for the advice, and there is nothing wrong with trying different methods to find refferals. i would still siguest that you do a couple trades for others so that you can get more sites under your belt. you never know what is going to turn someone on to working with you. but again dont give up on the other marketing stuff. what ever you can get going.
