No, your only suppose to have one active one going. When I had one in looking for referrals I had to ask a moderator to stop that one so I could start one in paying for referrals.

I would report it also , this is not fair to other traders in FLR who try to follow the rules, it may also be that this person is not aware that they left that link in thier signature ,

That's up to you but I think reporting is better- not your job to police the site- and reporting is anonymous. There is no way they could know it was you.

I think I would contact them first. If they don't even know they have multiple threads it isn't worth getting them banned over

It was probably just an oversight. But a Moderator will take care of it, and should let this person off with a warning, if it was an innocent mistake.

Whenever you encounter things that just don't seem right...and of course, you know the rules so you are aware of what's acceptable...just click that Report button as others have mentioned and let the moderators do their job.

Having more than one thread is NOT a ban offense, simply a lock/trash of the oldest thread. Even a faux paus in a signature is not a ban, just a request for them to edit...so by all means, if you question something, Report it...especially the simpler things like more than one trade type threads:) Often, if it's new traders, they are not aware as they have failed to read the rules so this actually helps them as they will see moderator notations and often also receive a pm letting them know what is allowed:) It's all good...truly:)
