With trading referrals, it is more times than not cheaper than paying for referrals. Usually you end up paying upwards of $20 for a referral. When trading referrals the only payment (if any) is the cost of the offer on the other member's site. Since many offers are free and cheap, you could be getting referrals free or for only a few dollars.

When doing referral for referral...lets say my referrals are finished...in other words, i got all the referrals i need...and lets say its for 200 bucks right?? when the referral section is done, does paypal pay me instantly?? i'm new here, so any help would be greatly appreciated.

If you got all the required referrals for a certain cash out. Once they have been confirmed then you send in a request to the site. They are usually pretty quick in paying. Well done and good luck.
