I don't work on TRAINN any more, but when I did, I wouldn't give them the link under any circumstances until a person was green on another one of my sites and I'd been paid for that other site. Once he's passed verification on that first site, I figured it was reasonably safe to pay on Green for the TRAINN--if he's good enough for another site he's probably good enough for TRAINN.

That's a bit risky, but I was comfortable with the level of risk compared to the extra referrals I got by being one of the few people who would pay for TRAINN on green. For the record, I never got scammed.

That is good advice. I just contacted Trainn and they will pre-approve a referral if I put in a support ticket and ask for that. I checked the site and he is still green and it is almost 3 days.I think I should change my thread to read that someone has to green on another site before doing a TRAINN.

Then only will you know if they are green for good. As far as paying on approval, I let them know that once their account is approved, I will pay them. Trainn sites only pay out on Saturdays and Wednesdays. I am not sure how long it takes to verify accounts, so far all my trainn refs have had higher TRS or have done at least 2 trades with me. Once you get paid, then you know its safe and all are green for sure.
I had one ref today with a zero TR and I told him/her that I will pay on approval, they were ok with that.

This is all true. So I'm sorry you probly got scammed. It depends on which offer they did, if they used true info, not a prepaid card, not a proxy, ect. You won't know until you cash out. Trainn is not very helpful when it comes to checking accounts prior to cashing out.

My personal policy is to pay out trainns 4 days after green. Cause waiting until approval could take several weeks or even months.

I hope they don't go red when you go to cash out.

We can preapprove until we're blue and hope that it'll be ok, but until you've actually gotten that payment, don't etch anything in stone, especially on trainns! Preapproval only means that upfront it looks good but as they say..."that is subject to change". I've had it happen and am fairly confident I'm not the only one.

The irony is...no matter how much training we get, if it's not hitting the core of the concern, we do things like post on our threads trainn sites without stipulations like aries, who is basically dead on. Hunger shows and that's what scammers strive for...but my prayers this is not the case here:)

As for feedback, whelp...have said it all along...it's not a requirement, thus, well...it's just one of those things we all have a few of sitting around:) That which doesn't kill us makes us stronger...and the stronger you are, the less chance of hitting the heat. Hope it works out for you:)

Thanks for your reply, I have had little experience with TRAINN but now I have learned so much and if I got scammed I will be more careful, and even with that I guess you need only to work with those with higher TR and I will reword my thread.

Shucks...don't think sticking with higher trs is exactly the answer...at a certain point, higher trs seem to decide to do one thing and then change midstream or fail to comply to a g4g to begin with...

The very best thing to do is have trainn sites NOT the first trade potential...it's really ok to place contingencies on stuff, even trades and requirements:) Folks who are honest WILL appreciate where you're coming from and you'll look a lot more honest yourself...the truth does count, even on the internet:) You'll do well...with time and patience:)

Back to the original question...how can we compel a trader to complete a trade in the Trade Manager and leave feedback? I have had more problems with this in recent months than with scammers, and it is not just trades on TRAINN sites. I leave pms, vistor messages, and in one case even contacted the person by e-mail. And nothing.

I have one now who has been complete for over a week. Has been on FLR almost everyday and from visitor messages appears to have at least one other trader requesting the same thing. Yet no response. Is there anything we can do?

I was very concerned about this in the beginning and like you was frustrated, to say the least, and I had so many traders with high TR tell me to not sweat the small things.... in so many words.... and I thought..... yeah... you sit there with a high TR and tell me that it is only a thing....

so, i'm here to tell you, that it is going to happen. and when your tr raises more and more, you'll soon not worry about the few who don't leave feedback. Rest assured, eventually that Tr will climb and you'll be smiling...

I have probably lost over 20 in my time here... But I stopped counting long ago and that may be a high estimate.

so bottom line, to answer your question. We really can't make people do something about the TR just like we cannot make someone finish the green.

I was looking just this morning at a site and at how many people are just part of the way there and won't come back to finish that trade. Funny people just don't wanna do things.

Thanks, Sharon, for giving me perspective! You're right, in the end this is not a big thing. I got my green and more experience as a trader, they got paid, everybody wins. The rest is nice but not crucial. I wish everyone who joins FLR would take the process and rules seriously, but we cannot control that.

OK then...I'm off to find another trade!
