I can see that even people that have been here for over a year
are having trouble getting refs' ... any Good Ideas will help!!!

I dont think that your signature or thread are bad at all. Maybe a little more appealing colors in your thread as most of it has just basic font/black color. But you dont have to overdue it. The signature is more important to get people to become referrals so the more you post the more often people will stumble across your thread

You can also maybe try adding tags to your thread down at the bottom right of your page

I could see that you are not verified still. I would suggest you do that first and catch the next sticky order ( Jan 19th) and you will automatically be in the race:-)

I have to agree with everyone, your thread and sig looks good. It takes work and petience. It also takes luck i think. Some people are just here at the right time and the right people check out their threads. Some people are also attracted to high TR so they do bussiness with people that have a lot of trades under their belt.

I love your thread. Why pay only on approval? This will be a big obstacle. If you are worried about scammers maybe say they have to have a certain # of trades to get paid on green, or reassure them that after the first successful trade they can get paid on green, something like that.
