Prizefast where are you?

Just wondering if all is okay at Prizefast. I placed an order over 24hrs ago and it still hasn't been approved. I guess I am spoiled with your super fast service I received in the past. Just now I tried and can't even get onto any of the sites. Could we please have an update Mr. Gabriel.

I actually put in a support ticket yesterday AM, with no answer yet and put in an order this morning ... nothing yet.

I'm wondering what's up .... this isn't like Prize Fast.

I am having the same trouble too Karen. This is my second time that I have placed an order and no approval or anything in over one business day like they state. The last time I waited 2days and so far I placed this order just about 30hrs ago. I understand that people have other things happening in their lives but we have grown accustomed to their fast pay and support in the past. If accounts cannot be verified within 1business day then they need to change what is posted so that we are aware that approvals and payouts are not going to be done within that time.

I usually get them out of the way within 24 hours myself but ever since I had to fire my support rep its been a bit chaotic. But honestly speaking, when orders don't get approved before 24 hours even if its 1 minute after, it makes me look rather incompetent and there's no excuse for that.

So I do apologize for that, but apologies are only so good if they aren't backed up with action. I've been doing "batch processing" with orders in the recent month, meaning I wait till I get 2 - 3 orders until I make payment, all within a 24 hour frame of course. But I think the efficiency I had in mind with that doesn't suffice with the current problem.

With that in mind, I'll stop doing that because it's effecting very basic things like speedy payments. That will solve this little problem we've been having ;)
