Salmon is the one fish that my friends who do not like seafood happen to LOVE!! My mom makes it with some cooked chopped tomatoes, onions...pop it in the oven..yum-o.

I actually like to throw it on the Foreman Grill than chop it up tiny and throw it in a bowl with some rice and/or corn. Sounds weird but tastes great!

Steam it with herbs, poach it the with the same, or marinate it with herbs, lemon and olive oil and grill or smoke it.

I love to bake it in the oven where the skin gets nice and crispy with heards and spices on top and back.
