Favorite ways to eat spinach?

I'll start.

Heated up on the stove with a lot of butter and salt.

This is delicious surely. However, add a splash of balsamic vinegar and it's divine!

Here is a great way to eat spinach raw. Sounds weird, but I guarantee this is one of the best tasting sandwiches you'll ever eat...

Take these ingredients and use them together on a sandwich:

rye bread
pesto
apple (thin slices)
spinach
goat chevre

Using very sweet apples, and good pesto (preferably homemade) is a must for best results. I usually toast the bread, and make open face sandwiches

Seriously good eats there!

I'll have to try the balsamic vinegar and that sandwich also sounds very interesting. Nice!

Does nobody else here enjoy spinach?

Interesting thread... lol =) I always forget about this random chit chat!

My favorite is in this awesome tuna casserole... I got the recipe from Rachael Ray =) I don't remember what it is called so I can't find it presently, but I'll get back to you when I get home! It is a penne pasta dish with tuna, spinach, cannelini beans, a creamy sauce and lots of cheese... Very yummy!!

Also... gotta love spinach and mushroom pizza! Digorno makes a good one!
