Favorite ways to eat spinach?
I'll start.
Heated up on the stove with a lot of butter and salt.

Here is a great way to eat spinach raw. Sounds weird, but I guarantee this is one of the best tasting sandwiches you'll ever eat... Take these ingredients and use them together on a sandwich: rye bread pesto apple (thin slices) spinach goat chevre Using very sweet apples, and good pesto (preferably homemade) is a must for best results. I usually toast the bread, and make open face sandwiches ![]() Seriously good eats there!

Interesting thread... lol =) I always forget about this random chit chat!
My favorite is in this awesome tuna casserole... I got the recipe from Rachael Ray =) I don't remember what it is called so I can't find it presently, but I'll get back to you when I get home! It is a penne pasta dish with tuna, spinach, cannelini beans, a creamy sauce and lots of cheese... Very yummy!! Also... gotta love spinach and mushroom pizza! Digorno makes a good one!
