Wow, we have some pretty interesting experiences and pallets! I have never eaten any raw fish or brains or anything like that (and I'm a vegetarian so wouldn't really have the opportunity). My dad used to give us each a teaspoon of cod liver oil a day for the health benefits. Made me gag each and every time. I know fish oils are great for brain development and lots of other things, but my kids get flax oil or little omega vitamins that mask the fish taste instead!

my worst thing was...in eighth grade science class i was dared to drink some bacteria filled nasty experiment that was growing mold...and i did...and it was aweful!!!
I remember growing up my brother and I would have contests to see who could come up with the grossest sandwich. We'd find whatever we could in the fridge and cupboards to put into it. Once I made a concoction of peanut butter, mayonaise, tuna fish and pickles, and actually ate some of it. Needless to say I won that time!!

Talking Oh, let’s see? MMM… Where do I start? ….

When I was 6-10 yrs old my cousins, (Both boys) were my neighbors. I was an only child till I was 7, so the boys were the only ones to play with. They didn’t seem to mind though. I led them into the woods on all kinds of adventures and didn’t mind helping to build our tree house.
We would have contests. Looser had to eat mud pie. We lived in Florida on a dirt road. It was that sandy dirt that turned your feet black when you walked about bare - foot.
We collected dirt from the road, mixed it with water and packed it into one of the mini tin pie pans. The looser had to eat the whole thing. I can say that I have had to eat mud pie a time or two!
Raw Worms, Alive Fire-Flies, a live caterpillar & part of a raw frog (dead) is on this list of ‘Where do I start”.

I think I’ll stop for now, that way there won’t be too many who loose their lunch.

The grossest thing I've ever eaten is okra. I don't care how it's cooked: fried, steamed, boiled, whatever. It is slimy. When it goes down I feel like I'm swallowing mucus. I have never met a grosser food than that.
