I am the bakery queen!! My specialty is cupcakes, in any form and size with any decorations. I also like to make Oreo Surprise. I do a lot of creating in the dessert area but they are all crowd pleasers...yum!

Mmmm some yummy ideas here! I LOVE to bake. The only problem is that if I bake it, Hubby and I both eat too much of it! :) So I often bake and give it away. I make some great cookies, the other day I made some jelly-filled sugar cookies that Hubby couldn't keep his hands off of.

We need to get some recipes going on here!

i like to make pecan crescents. These are so easy & they are a great gift. you roll them in confectioner sugar. think I'll go make some!!!

I like to bake broccoli casserole. Every once in awhile I will bake something sweet, tonight I am planning on baking cinnamon rolls and possible some chocolate rolls for the weekend.

Broccolli Casserole sounds scrumptous! I'll have to look up a recipe for that one!

I bake way too much. My fave is a chocolate pumpkin cheesecake with a chocolate ganache topping that I make around the holidays.

Several years ago I found this easy broccoli casserole on line. Now everyone wants me to make it when we have potlucks and holiday get togethers. Here is the recipe:

2 16 oz. pkg frozen broccoli, chopped
2 sticks butter or margarine
40 Ritz crackers, crushed (I use Townhouse crackers)
1 lb Velveeta cheese

Preperation

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Thaw broccoli and place in a casserole dish. In a saucepan melt Velveeta cheese and 1 stick margarine until creamy. Pour over broccoli. Crush crackers into fine crumbs and put in a bowl. Melt remaining stick of margarine and mix with cracker crumbs then sprinkle evenly on top of the cheese mixture in the casserole dish. bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
