Hello all your friendly neighborhood spacepirate here with another useless time wasting topic...

What do you all do for fun? I mean when you're not on the FLR that is.

I'm a gamer, collect DVDs (SciFi, Horror and Anime mostly), read alot, Collect records and laserdisc movies not on DVD, build models (Sci Fi, anime and 1.1 scale prop weapons) and collect robot toys.

Now how about you out there in FLR land?

Hey, I like this one!! Hobbies are good and often how we form friendships through commonalities...great idea!

My son and I share the same hobbies, for the most part (and yes, I often have the mentality of a 12 year old...lol...it's the only way I can keep up!)...Wrestling is #1 - Smackdown/Raw are heavy hitters and there's not a whole lot we don't have in that genre - it's where his allowance goes:) Movie buffs although I'm still into black and whites while son needs color to truly "see":)

Used to craft long ago and started dabbling again here lately thanks to taterbaby reminding me the importance of keeping the imagination active and having son help:) So guess our real hobbies are...anything we can do together and he's becoming quite the tutor so that's a really great thing!

LOL - I do have some hobbies - I like to scrapbook - I haven't in a long time, but I have created many books for the kids.

I love to garden. It is so relaxing to me digging in the dirt. Every time I look at my yard it is such a wonderful feeling. I also like to take on home improvements but I do know where to draw the line and call in a professional.
