the energy companies... It has started in three states, NY, IL, and TX, with other states soon to follow

i have national grid but your thing is not available here..we have some other one though that is doing the same thing...i just got a letter about it in the mail!

MA is being worked on now as well I believe Rhode Island is the next one that is going to open up to us on the 15th of this month
