It varies. I know West is now Employee status. SO it will be min wage in your state. There are different clients you can take calls for... such as GE, Toys R Us, Shop NBC, HSN.. and a few others. They will assign you a client.

Great information. They do not accept Canadian workers. I also dont think the 45.00 charge for checks and drug screening is right either. Best of luck to any of you that try this.

This company is actually very legit, I have come across quite a few CS job opportunities like this and a forum where a lot of this info is listed. I just had my hours cut at work from FT to PT so I've been searching to do something from home. I have found at least 15 different WAH CS jobs. There are only a few who ask you to pay for your own background checks. I guess it's there way of making sure you are serious.

Other large companies that I recently found out that hire for WAH CS type jobs is:
1-800-Flowers (curently not hiring)
Home Shopping Network (hiring in certain areas)
Hilton Hotels (hiring in certain areas)
