Perhaps. When you do partial credits, you sort of hurt the freebie industry in a way so we probably won't be doing that until we can figure out a hybrid model that won't have such an impact on the industry.

Can you please explain if you can :) how Am i hurt the freebie industry by doing partial credits ? just curious ! If my ref doesn't reach 1 credit you still getting paid from those affiliates he completed offers for don't you ?

The statistics show that sites that allow that have higher offer cancellation rates.
