That's actually standard requirements for all freebie sites... once you hit $600, you have to turn in a W-9. We all have to do it! : )

Thanks for posting this!! I have their laptop site and wondered if they were legit!! Will go ahead and send them a W-9 so they cant use that excuse on me!!! Seems like they could have sent you a message to send in the W-9 and given you the chance to send it before but I guess 599.99 aint all bad huh!!! Thanks again for the post! Joel
