Still waiting for my TV!

Got all my referrals, and was approved on 6-3-08. Estimated ship date was 7-3-08. Still nothing. If you are like me and like instant gratification, you may want to look else where. Freepay has almost no offers to choose from and it takes forever for them to respond to support tickets, and after 2 months I still don't have my TV. I bet they got their $$ from the advertisers though. Very disappointed with this company. Won't do another site for Freepay ever again.

oh man, this is bad... i REALLY hope that you get it soon. have you asked them via support tickets too and have they answered them? good luck, i REALLY hope it works out for you hun!

This was the last thing I heard from them after I asked them about when the tv might ship.

"Thank you for contacting FreePay Customer Service. Our Fulfillment Department has received your order. Once an order has been placed, it is added to a queue on a first come first served basis. We currently do not carry excess inventory in our fulfillment center therefore your product is not ordered from the manufacturer until it has been placed. Furthermore, orders are bundled together and ordered in bulk typically on a monthly basis. Therefore we are unable to provide a specific timeframe. These steps are necessary in order for us to continue to provide free products to our customers. We recognize this may further delay receipt of your product but want to assure you of our commitment to honor all legitimate orders. We apologize that further inquiries into this matter can not be processed; as there is no additional information available until your order status has changed from “pending”, “processing”, or “in progress” to “shipped”. Sincerely, The FreePayCustomer Service Team"

So now it has been 2 months almost, and if they order on a monthly basis..... Guess I'm not getting it.

Well now it has been a total of ten weeks I have been waiting for freepay. I think these guys suck. For some reason they still have the highest revenue of an free site out there. I think if everyone stopped doing their sites maybe they would start having a little better turnaround time and better support.

Well after 11 weeks status finally went to shipped. Now I wait and see how long that takes. At least something is happening.

This is horrible, I hope you get it soon. This is the 1st time I have ever even heard of freepay sites ( I guess I should be happy about that). Good Luck!

Thanks for posting this!! I just completed an offer for their laptop site and its been a week and hasnt credited so I was beginning to wonder!! I certainly wont waste my time or my referrals offers on these sites!!!! Thanks for the warning!!

Well suprise, suprise I didn't get a tv. Freepay just sent me a gift voucher for amazon.com. Of course it was not enuf to cover the cost of the tv I had worked for. Their reasons were that I needed to fill out some tax info first then they could send the rest of what is owed. These guys sure make you jump thru hoops. Oh well at least they sent me $599.99. Just wish it was enuf to get that tv. Now I gotta find something to buy at amazon.com.
