A good video camera site?

Can someone suggest to me a good site i can get a good video camera from... a DV cam that's HD capable if at all possible... i dunno how tough that would be to find... a friend is actually asking me to find him one. If anyone has any suggestions... i would appreciate it.

Nobody's ever gotten a good vid camera from a freebie site? ever? little help guys!
