I am getting this msg on zipnadazilch.com when I log in. For some reason, I didn't get this message two days ago, but as soon as I got a new referral and I ordered $60 via Paypal, ZNZ put this on my account. I honestly don't think I created a second account either.

Is this normal guys? Did you guys ever get this?

I believe I just talked to you about this. There's actually two users who have an IP match with you, in which both also have links to your referral who is also on hold. Not to mention you have IPs from the US in which you stated you are from Canada.
