Can't retrieve password

Hi I have signed up with MacroBucks - Get Stuff Free TODAY! a couple of days ago and when I tried to go back, it said: invalid e-mail or password. The e-mail and password were fine I'm sure but I was more sure about the e-mail so I clicked reset password. I did receive an e-mail to reset my password and when I click on the link, it gives me an invalid page.

The exact same thing happened with easy.macrobucks.

This is the message I get when I click to he reset password link in the email the macrobucks send me:

“canada.macrobucks.comresetpass.php” could not be found.

As I said, if it was the first time I could accept that I did something wrong but the exact same thing happened with easy.macrobucks and now it's happening again with canada.macrobucks.

I did reset password on other sites with no problem.

Please help, I would appreciated because I would like to log-in the site.

p.s. I forgot to mention that I have no problem to log-in on any other sites.

I spoke with the person who referred you and it seems that you have not signed up for that site yet. You need to register as an existing user on that site. In the future if you get that error, you should try that first. Our system won't send a password if you are not registered on the site.

Thank you for your response, I did address this in my communication 2 days ago --

2:08 PM since MacroBucks did not have records that you are signed up at canada.macrobucks
then we'll have you sign up again with my referral link
2:09 PM bcos you are already signed up as a member on the 1st site so you actually want to sign in as an existing user
