I love MACROBUCKS and I didn't have issues with them in the past. I hope that it just a misunderstanding and I'm sure they will ressolved it soon.

Okay, I do see that you have omitted some parts of the support ticket here from your referral. Now, we do screen accounts thoroughly, and lately paypal verification has been the thing to avoid for scammers. I've never called anyone a liar, and for you to suggest that is very unfair.

Now, your referral addressed you by name, not email, and when I checked their account I saw nothing wrong with it. Your referral contacted me after you submitted your order, at which time the situation could have been resolved had everything been properly communicated. And as I just said, when they contacted me, I saw nothing wrong with their account. They simply could have told you this and then you could have opened a support ticket to confirm that there were no issues with their account. If you would go ahead and submit your order, I will process it right away.

In the future, if you would contact me via support ticket, and describe the entire situation, I will be more than happy to take the extra steps to make sure that this doesn't happen again.

I'm not sure how I was ever rude to you, as I do recall your recent support ticket concerning a referral of yours. I've never insulted you, or anything of the sort. But you however did not treat me with the same respect as I showed you. I clearly explained the credit request procedure and process to you, and you simply refused to understand or accept it. Then your follow up responses were only insults and rantings, which I feel was totally uncalled for, as I never did anything other than explain the situation to you. I do believe I treat everyone with respect, and in any manner it's not right to say something that isn't true.

I only omitted my referral's email address for his / her spam protection.

You are right, this issue can be resolved via support ticket but my eyes were rolling when I read the forwarded message and I was so angry. I'm very sorry for dragging you on the forum and for posting our conversations.

Thanks for taking care of the issue. I still love MACROBUCKS.........lol.

Oh okay, well that means that part of what you received from them is missing. But that's okay, the issue has been resolved.
