2 Referals + 2 People Not Getting Credits = Problems?

Just checking in once again.

No response to previous post...so I have to ask. Is there are a problem with crediting?

I've sent 2 more people to the Rocketbills site. They've both done more than enough offers and willing to do more if I tell them to BUT I won't tell them to if they're wasting there time...

They both cleared cookies and everything else they were supposed to do...so the question is....

IS THERE A PROBLEM WITH CREDITING?

Not angry;) Just wanting this to be a viable option for my clients. An option that works CONSISTENTLY. and option that produces RESULTS not headaches.

Any feedback is welcome...

I am just about to refer to cashparrot. If there is some sort of problem, I would like to know about it.

Based on your LTCO thread and this one, I have to say that I'm impressed. You're working this program dead-on right. As you've already figured out, offer crediting is one of the two most important things a site has to offer. (Free tip: credit weighting is the other.) Cashparrot/Rocketbills are good. Not the best, but good. Call it, say, A- in my experience. They do, however, offer some of the best incentives, a large number of offers, and probably the fastest payouts in the industry. I keep them near the top of my rotation, but crediting DOES seem to be the weakest part of what otherwise would be my #1 network.

I've decided to take Rocketbills back off the table for now.

My clients are to valuable to me...I can't afford to cause them stress with something that is supposed to be helping them out. I've gone with another site that I greened on my self in about an hour...

I'm not here to knock rocketbills so I won't say the name of the site here...you can pm me if you want to know but the truth of the matter is...ya just got to get your hands dirty and get in there and do it.

I appreciate all that Rocketbills has to offer but for my purposes they just are not a match for what I need at this time...

Anyway, thanks for the input...much appreciated.

As always, I am truly greatful;)

These situations would be better if they were asked about in a support ticket or emailed directly to me, I don't see how it would help much here. You have to understand that most of the time its not the networks fault that credits don't come in. Just because you greened well on another website doesn't mean you're referrals will. People make mistakes, especially in this industry. The smallest thing can cause a credit to not report. Are you sure you're referrals completed all the requirements? I know plenty of users who don't even complete the full requirements and demand they get credit. Users try Stamps.com and don't even use the service yet demand credit when that offer won't credit them until the service is used. Even then we strive to do our best helping our users and taking a loss just so the users can get credit. It angers me sometimes when I see threads like this, especially after we have shipped so many prizes out. Make sure your referrals are not just clearing cookies to expect credit, its much more than that. Anyway, if you want help then go ahead and contact us. I have had a great success rate with CashParrot which is owned by Rocketbills. I would agree that the best approach is to work with the site on the issue via a support ticket. Best of luck to ya and I hope it works out for all parties involved.

I'm having the same issues with a credit here for myself. I have a product that I have already received, yet they are telling me that it could take 4-6 weeks to get a response on the credit, and even then I still might not get it. Needless to say, I'm less than impressed....

Are we allowed to get a dialog going as to which offers seem to credit well for Rocketbills or Cashparrot and which offers don't?

I don't believe you can do that, since now users who see the dialog will only be interested in the campaigns that credit well, which is fraud. All offers seem to be crediting fine for this month, especially with our guaranteed promo.

Its not just you my friend, I've also had very poor crediting among 5 different refs who all greened other sites with no problem at all. I even didn't get credit on 80cashparrot for vistaprint and out of the 100 or so offers I've done in my life and received credit for %99 of them it 's just strange ,I'm really feeling bad cause my refs are quitting now.
